What Makes us Special
Avalon at Brush Creek is not an ordinary senior community. We are known for our family-like atmosphere and with only 82 apartments, we provide every resident with individualized care in an intimate setting. Our unique building design allows for easy return to the main rotunda, so residents have no trouble finding their way wherever they wish to go. Our decor is plush, stylish and tastefully chosen by our decorating staff.
All prospective employees - in any capacity - are personally interviewed by our Executive Director before being hired. This ensures continuity of care for your loved one and a commitment to Avalon’s core values – Integrity, Compassion, Quality, Professionalism and Accountability – by our staff.
When you join the Avalon community, you are “assigned” a team of caregivers who will support you. They will notice if you don’t come down to a meal, if you’re looking a bit peaked, tired or upset.
Caregivers at Avalon are specially trained, with monthly in-services and ongoing education, to provide the best possible care.
