Assisted Living
Our Assisted Living apartments were built with safety and convenience in mind. There are emergency pull cords in both the bedroom and the bathroom, windows are double-paned, doorways are wide enough to allow wheelchair access, kitchenette and bathroom sinks are high enough to allow a wheelchair to fit comfortably underneath and refrigerators are waist high.
Custom color paint and wall-to-wall carpet make our apartments cozy and stylish. Extended cable, housekeeping, individually controlled thermostats, complete laundry services, 3 meals a day and snacks are included with each apartment.
All residents are automatically enrolled in our Wellness program, which includes constant monitoring of their emotional, psychological, spiritual and physical needs, as well as medication and pain management, and assistance with activities of daily living.
Avalon also offers respite care; a support service for families that provides relief while offering a safe and stimulating homelike environment for your loved one while you are on vacation or recuperating from a hospital stay. Tastefully decorated, furnished apartments with a full complement of care, is available for stays of up to 30 days.
